Training Academy

Recruitment • Screening • Classroom & Field Training • Grading & Deployment

Our organization recruits security professionals based on the value and complexity of the assets being protected. New recruits undergo rigorous background checks (including fingerprint forensics and behavioral assessment), complete 15 consecutive working days of theoretical and practical training, and are deployed according to their final assessment score and grade level.

Recruitment & Screening
National ID required. Document audit, interview, field verification (Kebele/Woreda), and final assessment before grading and assignment.
15-Day Training Program
Intensive classroom and field training covering duties, tactics, risk assessment, emergency response, ethics, and practical drills.
Operational Training
Static guarding, mobile patrol, surveillance/search, drills, personnel/vehicle searching, and site-specific operational readiness.
Theoretical Training
Core duties, legal & ethical conduct, customer service, risk analysis, reporting/documentation, and professional discipline.

Deployment & Grading Policy

Deployment is strictly matched to final assessment performance: Grade A (95%+) high-security / leadership, Grade B (80–94%) buildings & warehouses, Grade C (75–79%) standard operations, Grade D (50–74%) assisted deployment, and Grade E (below 50%) low-risk areas with retraining required.

Verification & Screening

We verify authenticity through document audit, professional interviews, and field verification in the candidate’s community. Only candidates who pass all checks and the training exit exam are graded and assigned to posts.

Supervision & Monitoring

Multi-layer oversight includes planned and surprise inspections, daily briefings/debriefings, weekly reviews, and quarterly grading—led by management, coordinators, site supervisors, duty officers, team leaders, and client representatives.
